This is an odd looking waterfall on the Snaefellsness peninsula. It's almost a vertical river rather than water actually falling.

You'll just need to zig-zag through town a bit to drive up to the parking lot near the waterfall. From there you can follow the path up and enjoy the view towards the waterfall and other way over the little town.
