If you have the time for it and you're a bit of a hiker you can do everything on foot, get the first boat in the morning and the last one in the evening. That's what we did at least! But we advise to bring your car, so you can take your time a bit more. This island is filled with a whole bunch of places of interest such as Elliðaey, Eldfell, Elephant Rock, the Puffin Lookout, and the town of Vestmannaeyjabær.
